The majority of the phone calls that we take are inbound phone calls from our home and office delivery customers. Okay, Mr. Smith, I do have your account in front of me. How can I assist you today? Anything from out of product orders to answering billing questions. I really enjoy dealing with the customers. I am showing that there is a delivery scheduled for May for you. I represent the brand as well as our customers. I am their voice. Being in the call center is very unique, you're at your work station taking calls and that can be pretty demanding. The most important thing that we look for in a successful candidate would be someone who has a service heart, someone who really cares about people, someone who likes solving problems. My goal is to assist in what the caller is really looking for. I do have the opportunity to make my own decisions within reason that's good for the company and good for the customer. They trust my judgment. I found the passion of Nestlé Waters to be top notch. We're passionate about our products, our customers. They really encourage you to put forth your best. Nestlé Waters is one of the best cultures that I've ever been a part of. It's a positive environment, it's respectful. I don't think it makes a difference what your level is or what your job is, everybody comes in every day and has an opportunity to make a difference. I majored in marketing, didn't have a lot of customer service experience prior to working here. They've given me an opportunity to really expand myself professionally and personally and it's something that I value each and every day when I come into work. Oh, you're very welcome. I hope you have a great day. We provide an outstanding training program making sure that you are 100% confident and comfortable before we send you out to take phone calls from our customers. Does anyone have any questions on the yellow pop-up there? Our main focus is to coach and develop our representatives. We'll sit with a representative out on the floor. I love my supervisors, my coworkers, they are so eager to help. We lean on each other for support. Six months into my job I was promoted to bilingual specialist. I'm very proud of what I have accomplished. Here at Nestlé Waters you always have that opportunity to grow and move forward. Right now I'm looking to move forward into leadership and so I have the backing of my colleagues as well as leaders. I've had the opportunity to work on our online manual. They understand that our experiences and our knowledge are our value. We have a real big focus on revenue generation so up-selling our existing customers to receive our cases, our cups and our other allied products.
