It's gonna be a life changer, it was for me. If I could look back and know that Loram was here, I'd probably have came to work for Loram sooner. As long as you come to work and you work hard, you'll go places. I like to start my laborers out on maintenance. You're constantly busy. There's grinding motors to change, there's hydraulic leaks to fix, hoses. It's a 96-stone machine that's 600 feet long and it breaks daily. Everything's heavy. (laughs) Nothing's light, so just be careful. Safety's a huge priority. You wanna be safe, 'cause this machine can bite ya, it will bite you if you don't watch yourself. The ground men keep the machine clean, the rooms organized. If something goes wrong and we have a problem, we're the pit crew, we jump down there and we fix it. The grinder works 6 days a week whether it's raining, snowing, if it's 105 degrees or if its 30 below zero, you're working. With Loram, you get paid to see the countryside that other people have to pay to go see it. The down side of it is that you're moving every day, from motel to motel. You're out for 6 weeks and then you're home for 2 weeks. Loram covers all the motels, they cover all you're travel back and forth to home, and it's a, it works out really good. The benefits for Loram are awesome. It's a good job, and I know a lot of people who love doing it, you know. You'll work some long hours, and you'll see a bunch of stuff you never seen before. If you like travel, if you like to work and you like to see different parts of the world and you don't want and 8-5 job and you want more time off, Loram's your answer, you work for 9 months and make what you're buddy makes in a year. Whatever you're looking for, it's at Loram, we got some, come get it.
