What I think is really amazing about working at C&S and about being a part of that end-to-end supply chain is that we get to work with some of the largest retail supply chains in the world, certainly within the United States. They have really high expectations. Additionally, our smaller companies have really high expectations, because that’s what sold that’s what sold them on leveraging C&S as a supplier. So, we have a really high-expectation customer base. That requires us to be highly-innovative, really fast on our feet, and frankly, very adaptable because we have to change a lot and offer very unique services to those customers. Really that’s to me what makes this place exciting, that every day we have a huge challenge to meet our customers’ expectations, but at the same time generating profits for our company. C&S represents a very unique hub because we have a lot of relationships with our customers, and we’re accountable for managing the inventory hub for their supply chains. So we have to work with the supplier community to make sure we have the right flow of goods into our warehouses, and then we have to make sure we have the right flow out to the stores. So, that involves the suppliers’ transportation in, warehouse distribution, transportation out, all the inventory management and making sure we have the right inventories on the right items on the right time, and all the customer relationships and all the understanding what our customers need. That’s really the end-to-end supply chain.
