Video Transcript:
The program is really designed to create future leaders of the company. I'm Tiffany Bridges, Retail Sales Manager and graduate of the Retail Leadership Development Program with AT&T. I went to the University of Missouri and I majored in marketing and I am actually getting ready to open a brand new store which will be my third retail store with AT&T. It's such a fast paced environment and there is so much that you learn. It can take you so many places. I'm Nick Lamberti, and I am a Sales Program Execution Manager at AT&T. I went to school at the University of Florida, go gators! As far as I'm concerned I suggest every leader to start in the role of a store manager. When you're running your own store, a two million dollar business, you have opportunities to learn and apply it in your career. It's an amazing opportunity. The Retail Leadership Program is aimed to coach you, develop you and give you all the best practices and tools that you'll need to engage, inspire and motivate your team to lead them to success. You will have a lot of opportunities to engage with senior leadership. I think our leadership is the best of the best in the industry. You train for six months and most of it is classroom based but you also do go on rotation as a sales consultant and then as an assistant manager and then as a store manager. You write your own check while you're in the program, you're getting paid as a manager. I started as a store manager and currently I'm a level two manager. I'm a living example that it can take you anywhere. It's a great career choice because you get so much experience in so many different areas.
