Hi, I'm John a recent college grad who impacts patient health through the products that I sell for AstraZeneca. I went to Mount St. Mary's University it's in Emmitsburg, Maryland. My major there was rhetoric and communications. A typical day is about 8 to 10 visits on different prescribers. AstraZeneca truly has a very unique selling style. Our selling model was really wonderful to learn how to actually pre-call plan and learn about what you're going to talk about before going in. We have several different communication devices that help us keep in touch. The new program is called Touchstone and it's a way to keep track of your physicians and your daily activities. AstraZeneca is truly a large company with a small company mind. I truly feel that they really treat their employees well. They care about their families and they care about their livelihood. It's nice that you get that feedback from physicians and patients where you made a difference and it was all because of you.
