That’s why AT&T partnered specifically with MadDash to create and implement a custom video solution for their industry leading, leadership development program.
Like many of the world’s most successful companies, AT&T invests heavily in their future leaders, fostering development programs such as their heralded AT&T University. Yet, even the most advanced development program can’t be effective if it isn’t promoted. AT&T needed to be sure that the emerging workforce had both an awareness of their programs and a clear understanding of their different areas of focus.
Spanning across their distinct 6 leadership development curriculums, MadDash developed a comprehensive suite of videos that profiled the attributes and merits of each. The videos included interviews with current and previous students and footage of the workplace to support the story. They were designed to be upbeat and suit the sensibilities of an emerging workforce. The AT&T leadership videos have been implemented across a wide range of digital strategies. They’re a core component of the employment career website, are included within job posting strategies, are a critical part of their social marketing efforts, and are seen by tens of thousands of students around the world.
