My name is Andrea Brody, and this is what Members First looks like to me. It was on my day off, and I saw a vehicle pulled over to the side of the road, with the hazards on and a flat tire. I decided that I should help. I got out, I walked up to the lady’s vehicle, and I saw that she had a baby. I told her who I was, and that I worked for Sears Auto Center, and I think that I would be able to help her. I called over, I spoke with one of my team members, and let him know what the situation was, and he had someone come over right away to help take care of the customer. We were able to get her vehicle to the shop, repair her tire, and send her on her way. And as a result, we have gained a member for life. My name is Andrea Brody, and this was my Members First experience.
