We did start out as a very small company. I think that we kind of all have that mentality still, and so it's very helpful and ambitious work environment. What we do in support is we try to ensure that our client's environments are accessible and running as smoothly as possible. We do interact with the clients and kind of help them out with any issues they might be having with our application. Sometimes we'll need to actually figure out where in the code something's going wrong or if they need some data correction we'll need to be able to do that. Something that really drew me to this role in particular was the challenging aspect of staying on top of your technical skills. You do code and script every day so you're staying on top of your game. We're very supportive company, we're very team oriented, but we also will drive each other to work harder and, and grow within ourselves.
